Recruiting all classes and specs for heroic progress!About us:
<Exquisite> is a guild formed shortly after the release of patch 4.2, and has greatly improved over this short period of time, going from a completely unknown new guild to realm first in this one patch. However, we're always striving to improve, so recruitment is always open.
Outside of raiding, ExQuisite has a big social side to offer as well. Many of our raiders play other games together, tend to talk on mumble/skype outside of raids, do pvp together, old content together, etc.
During heroic progress, we raid 19.30-23.30, gmt+1. From sunday till thursday. (5 days a week) Outside of progress we raid 1/2 days a week. Raids don't often get extended, but you should be prepared incase it does happen.

MSV: 6/6HC | HoF 4/6HC | ToES 4/4N ~world 650---OLD---
DS : 8/8HC, World 846.
FL: 7/7HC, World 1762.
Recruitment:
We are looking for any class or spec, as long as you, the player, is extremely skilled. In Exquisite we do not care if you are in the guild for one week or one year, we decide spots purely based on individual skill, not the length someone is in the guild or how nice someone is. If you have no experience to show your skill as a raider, but you're confident you will be able to perform on the level we require, feel free to apply.
Recruitment is always open for exceptional players. Exceptional players will always feel rewarded.

Don't worry if we already have multiple people of your class or spec, raid spots are given based on performance, not the time people are in the guild.
We're looking for people who:
- Love raiding & progressing on new content.
- Have a competitive mindset, and want to be first. Being second is a disappointment to you.
- Know their class inside out, and always stay up to date with their class, preferably leading trends, not following them.
- Are very quick learners of boss mechanics & raiding in general.
- Are able to adapt to odd events or rng events during bossfights very quickly.
- Are wipe resistant.
- Always try to improve.
- Are flexible.
- Have a minimum of 90% attendance.
- Will always show up completely prepared for any possible encounter, role, or role on a certain encounter.
