Halp! Trying to get back into raiding. Tips?

Hello all,
Not a frequent visitor of these forums but, I felt that I'd much rather post this here than on the worldofwarcraft.com forums.
So, some background, I did most of my core raiding all through TBC as a holy priest. I switched over to Shadow when wrath came along and went through all the Naxx content but, ended up getting fairly bored before Ulduar and now ToC/ToGC. I quit WoW for awhile but, I am now obviously back.
The guild that I used to be an officer in took me back and is willing to let me raid with them again assuming I can get geared up for ToGC/Icecrown. They're currently #2 on our server and aren't terribly interested in falling back much, so I don't expect to get carried anywhere.
The catch here is that after some talk with my raid/guild leader, I've decided to go with my 80 rogue who is currently in a mix of random epics and random blues. My gear score is only about ~1800 on him.
Heres a profile link:

I did some guessing on how I should go about coming up with 'ready for raiding' gear and ended up here:

(Forget enchants/gems, I wasn't focusing on that much, at this point)
A *lot* of that comes from Trial of the Champion (which I haven't yet done).
Is this a solid route to get ready for current content or is there something else I can be doing (easier the better ;)), to get there?
I appreciate any advice, I'm not sure how I'm going to manage to jump up three tiers (naxx/ulduar/togc) of raid content.
Thank you!

ToC Can help out a hell of a lot. Just to H ToC everyday, and reg ToC whenever you can. With all the normal drops + all the emblems you'll be fine. Also farming just any Heroic helps a ton too. With 3-5 Emblems of Triumph dropping per boss, you can get a decent amount of 226's pretty quick. When you start into raids, VoA is a good start, with the fire guy dropping ToC quality gear for a pretty easy boss.
I didn't realize heroics drop Triumph tokens now. Is this the case for all heroics? I thought it might've been emblems of conquest.
Thanks!

You're on the right track. You can fill most of your slots by just running ToC5 until you're absolutely sick of those warhorses.
Then you run it some more.
Then you farm other heroics for badges, and get some nice stuff...
then you raid.

Also, may sound daft and/or obvious, but don't forget to check the rogue class forums for any discussions about spec, gearing, etc that may be relevent.
I don't play a rogue and don't tend to raid with them either, so I'm not sure exactly what changes they've been through in the time you've been away.

You're on the right track and def visit the rogue forums frequently....we'll help a ton.
Some pointers...
These days, hit isn't as important as it was in TBC...generally, you won't need to gem for it.
As mutilate, try to be expertise capped or as close as possible. Gem towards the cap if needed.
That OH is a tad slow. PvE-wise, you'll want a fast OH. Look for 1.5 speed or better.
Use a
Nightmare Tear
to satisfy your meta - never gem blue or purple. Put the prismatic gem in a blue socket on a piece of gear that has a beneficial bonus (+6 agil). If the Nighmare is too expensive or you don't think your current gear is worthy of it, use an
Enchanted
one in meantime.
Farm heroics for Conquest badges. Use badges on T8.5 helm and chest (as you know), then the
neck
,
belt
,
gloves
and
legs
.
With your Triumph badges, nevermind that trinket. Instead go with the
ring
first, then maybe the
shoulders
, depending upon how you fair in VoA.
If you've got the gold you may want to get some crafted pieces, some of which are near BiS until late Uld25, ToC10/25. You can save some of the Conquest badges to buy the Runed Orbs needed to make the
Footpads of Silence
and
Death-warmed Belt
.
Almost forgot, always consult a
spreadsheet
when making gear/gem/enchant/spec/etc. choices. It's an invaluable tool (and the answer to most questions).
Happy stabbin'
