Haste for Resto?

I'm kind of torn between Haste and Spell Power as a new Restro Shamy. I'm thinking of going Haste/MP5 to help get that Chain Heal off just a little faster.
Thoughts?

I mix between resto and ele gear. Its worked fairly well so far and if i drop the wrath of air totem i have about a 14% haste increase. When tidal waves goes off i have a .9 sec lesser, a 1.5 ish healing wave and 1.3 sec cast.
