What is your mana pool sitting at? Mana regen is an issue for most priests starting off, so you want to make sure you are getting the most out of your shadow buddy, replen, etc.
You have to keep in mind that the more haste you get, the quicker you will burn through your mana. Spirit is always nice, but its been shown that intel and spell power are the two key stats to work up right when you hit 80.
Once you feel you have good enough mana control to look for other aspects, I would go with this breakdown:
SP>Intel>Spirit>Haste(to 10%)>Crit.
