First off, the only critiques I can make to your spec is drop unholy power and suppression for 2/2 Improved Curse of Agony. I was actually considering dropping the 3/3 pandemic for the .5 second pet resummon. I'm not sure, it's interchangeable at this point.
Not trying to be rude, but I personally wouldn't use Zhoulish's spec for several reasons.
1. He lacks Improved Fear. As a Warlock, especially Affliction, kiting is the name of the game. You want as much distance in between your opponent and you, and this helps a great deal.
2. You want 2/2 Improved Felhunter as well as Dark Pact. There is no reason you should be giving up Dark Pact. It's a very nice spell and can get you mana when Life Tap just isn't an option.
3. I find 3/3 Eradication to be highly useful, as it procs a great deal for me.
4. Everlasting Affliction just isn't that great when compared to other things you could put points into. It's nice, granted, I just don't find it to be worth it.

Supression is nice for pvp too. You have 96% to hit a pvp target at lvl 80 and you need the hit chance if you are not pvp hit capped.
Pandemic is exelent pvp talent. Imagin the surpsise of that prist die with 3k life left behind a pillar after a pandemic hit.
Unholy power? bah :P Not that its bad but you are no demon lock
You dont need 3/3 fel con. Just make a spam makro.
Remember deaths embrace its not that important to pvp.You will raraly reaply dots at that low health to an enemy target.On the other hand 3/3 eradication is not that important too. Your call.

The bug WAS that the refresed cor was with the old co efficients. It was fixed a few weaks ago. Fear slow and coex stack me thinks. Maybe i am mistaken but that slow fromthe fear is very very nice.
Everlasting affliction is a crap pvp talent. If you want more damage take malediction. Same effect but for ALL spells.
Fel Con is mostly a filler. As I said a macro can do almost the same job and that 1 point spend better elsewhere.
Eradication helps at casting but also at channeling too.Dont forget that. A 4 second drain life for 2k dmg is better than 5 second drain life for 2k dmg.
You are not only dueling. You pvp at bgs and arena maybe. 2 points at fel puppy means neverending mana.
When saying curse on weakness on melee i hope you mean a hunters pet...

Anyway you sound like a pve theory boy about pvp. Try playing in arena where mana and life is more important than 30 dmg...
