Baring in mind you have the intension of healing in 5 man heroic instances is CoH really that effective?
I have successfully healed 5 man heroics and kara using the below build.

In a raid that you know will have a priest with Imp DS, you can grab CoH since there's no point in having 2 priests with it. Otherwise you're gimping your raid without Imp DS.
I heard COH really shines in arenas, though this is second-hand.
