Have a look at mods designed for removing debuffs. Use one of these in addition to healbot.

You could also make a mouse-over macro for it as healbot supports it.

cure desease and dispel magic simply dont work by healbot. Is anyone facing the same problem?
Nope. Still working fine here.
Check your settings and make sure you are using
Dispel Magic
and
Purify
in the
Cure
tab.

The spell that do not work are the ones that Chakra turns into when you cast Heal/POM
For this, this is what i have done...
Put "Holyword: Chastise" onto a button, then get this button number...
Its easy to identify button numbers when using the standard interface (just look up the keybindings in options) however if you're using bartender this wont work. Bartender uses its own key numbers and the easiest way to find out the correct button number, is by using this macro...
/run print(GetMouseFocus():GetName())
You just mouse over the button you want to identify and run the macro. it should look like this :
BT4Button26 for example
Just create a macro named "HolyWord", or whatever you want and then enter the following:
/click BT4Button26 //(the button name the macro returned)
then just add the macro name "HolyWord" like a spell into healbot...it will then fire off the correct corresponding HolyWord spell, depending on the chakra state.

Don't. Plain and simple: Don't use addon-specific button names.
The two bars at the bottom are MultiBarBottom(Left/Right)Button#
The two bars at the side are MultiBar(Left/Right)Button#
For Bartender-inclined people (me included) - Bar 3 is the right(most) vertical bar in default interface, Bar 4 is left to it.
Respectively, the bottom-right is Bar 5, and Bar 6 is at the bottom-left side.
Bar 1 and Bar 2 shares the same place, being the main/alternative action bar.

Care to elaborate? Obviously you need to remember that you are using them if you say, change bar addons, but if you always use bt4 why would you not use a /click to a bt4 button?

Most of the healers use Healbot since its a very useful add-on. Its great when it comes to heal spells but with cataclysm heroics and raids where a lot of damage is cause my cure desease and dispel magic simply dont work by healbot. Is anyone facing the same problem? Does anyone kno how to fix it?
Thanks fellas!
I haven't had any issues with healb your healbot allowing me to dispell targets.
The color coding of healbot sort of made decurse obsolete for me, but if you can't get your healbot to allow you to remove debuffs then maybe another option like decurse would be a necesary replacement.
Everytime healbot updates, the type of debuff remover is reseted to nothing. They should check their "cure" tab to see if their healbot has their two spells on the list.

Because one day it could break - and what? You would be hastily digging and changing all your macros? Or, even worse, running around screaming "nothing works" like a little girl? (I saw so many of this already, I won't be dare to count.)
Your BT4Button26 is MultiBarRightButton2.

You might also want to look into the addon "VuhDo". As far as I know it is widely considered to be very similar but superior to HealBot.
I personally prefer Grid to both (but the last time I tried either VuhDo or HealBot was in WotLK) and with Grid the debuff removal works just fine.

No I keep a set of my primary healing spells on a bar in case of a healbot crash or something not working. If bartender ever crashed again our whole raid would stop to update because I think all but 2 or 3 of us use it :D In the last few years I can only remember 1 full out bartender crash on the night of wrath launch. Healbot itself has crashed more on me than bt and that's still very rare. I don't see this as a good enough reason not to use the MUCH simpler bt button naming if you are using a /click macro to fix the holy word compatibility issue. For me I wish they hadn't come up with the chakra/holy word junk because I hate it but that's for a different thread :)
