Congratulations, you heal the instance fine, and its not a problem with you.

I'm not going to give you spoilers, unless you come out and ask, but I will say to look at your debuff during the fight. Or alternatively read tactics on the boss.

Edit : oh you know the fight? In that case, it shouldnt be any harder than the other bosses. Make sure your party members are always moving and never stand still. The dps have to take some responsibility for their own survivability.

For the dps, dispel shackles as and where you can, keep PoM up and the odd flash heal if they need it. If you have a lock, have him SS the tank if tank death is the issue, or your main dps if thats the problem. Also tell the dps to use pots, hs's, bandages whatever. If they are taking you out of your spec its the least they can do.

For you, use instant spells like renew, pw:s, coh (i guess you don't have!) or flash heals if need be and just keep moving. But if the tank needs a GHeal by all means stop and do it, then shield/renew yourself and keep moving.

Keep a renew on the tank and make sure he/she is your main focus as he/she takes a fair bit of damage. Again make sure he/she is constantly kiting and not standing still.

If you really really struggle and everyone is moving correctly then it may be the tank or you just aren't used to healing enough quite yet, its an odd fight and quite intense. But you should be able to heal this one fine as shadow i believe with the spellpower changes. I can only see it being your spec if the wipes are because you are running oom.

The "i couldn't heal through it" suggests people aren't moving right if I'm honest.
