Healing gear vs Tank gear (druid)

Hi
I've got a small issue.
I'll be raiding as 50% healer and 50% tank (first raid healer, second tank, third healer,...)
my question is, I only want to roll for gear on my main spec, so what should I chose, healer or tank?
I'll be as much tank as I will be a healer.
in short, what is more important, tank gear of healer gear?

The same is true if you play a paladin (since you never specified which). Holy paladins have even less competition for gear than restoration druids, as they're the only ones who would ever need spellpower plate.

it's a druid I'm talking about (see title of the post).
I also know the other tanks are both warrior and the other healers are priest and shaman.
I know a shaman wears mail, while a druid wears leather.
So in fact, whenever leather drops (tank or healing) it will be mine :)
