Hihi striker!
Well if you are playing wotlk, you should pick up something better than that very very fast! If you have expansion pick up any greens or blues that beat the individual items as the set bonus is not worth the lack of stats now.
But as for me.. i replaced the belt with craftable Belt of the long road, the robe with t4 robe from Magi and the shoulders i think with the shoulders from Curator in karazhan.
Imo the PMC set was great but it was a pre-raiding 70 set and you really need to move into WOTLK blues as you level unless you have t6-sunwell gear. Never hold onto epics just because they are epic.

I never was a tailor so I never had it I was in mostly T5 and T6 gear that I kept till almost 80 because I never ran instances, I did have a
Robes of Heavenly Purpose
that I didn't replace till I got my t7 chest from heroics

i think i banked PMC around level 75. i dont' remember what i replaced it with though..
Whitemend
I kepts until 80, replaced it with Frostsavage (was disc). now i heal holy, but keep my whitemend (socketed with +hit) for MC'ing in naxx25.
