Northrend.
It can drop in various places. I got mine in I think it was Sholazar Basin?
Could have been Dragonblight, I spent a lot of time there recently. It's just a random drop that happens after your skill level is high enough to learn the bandage.

i had mine drop in VH, but you can only roll on the loot if you are in a group if you first aid is above umm 400 i think it was

You just need first aid at 390+ to see the book. It dropped for me in heroic Nexus only 3 kills after I leveled my FA to 390, and I have heard other similar stories, so I'm guessing it's pretty common.

im a little over 400 and i havent seen it yet cant you get it in borean tundra or do you have to wait until Dragonblight or SB.
