For the new heirloom legs, Wowhead is providing stats that are much, much higher than what shows up in-game. I posted comments on
Stained Shadowcraft Pants
,
Tattered Dreadmist Leggings
, and
Polished Legplates of Valor
with my observations of what I'm seeing on my characters versus what the level slider for the legs shows on the site.

Whoops, sorry about the double-post, I got an error the first time saying that the topic was deleted and it didn't show up for me in the forum until after I posted it the second time.
