For AoE situations you should be using Hellfire+Shadowflame as Demo, not Seed. Yes, you will need to be in melee range for this. If you're not comfortable using Hellfire, I'd stick with tossing around DoTs then following the single target rotation on the highest priority target.

Looking at your armory you have an awful lot of spirit gear. Reforge the spirit into something else, and replace it ASAP with stuff without spirit. Spirit is worthless for warlocks and mages. Gear with any spirit on it should be avoided like the plague. Also get your t12 chest gemmed and enchanted.

Your demo spec is off, and you need to add Charred Glyph.
Spec options:
Incinerate Filler-Uses the simpler rotation with just Incinerate spam until Decimation procs. Not as good for multi-dotting.
Shadow bolt Filler-More efficient multi-dotting, Shadow Bolt is your main filler spell.
