I can't stand Plaguelands but it gets the job done quite effectively (Alliance side). Barring that, there's Tanaris / Un'Goro or Felwood / Winterspring. I tend to bounce between them when I get sick of looking at a particular area.
This is what I did, got through those levels in no time.
