I recommend this, in the order of which you should go. Eversong Woods 1-10, Ghostlands 10-20 (Who doesn't love a quick exalted?), then on to Arathi Highlands30-40/30-45Stranglethorn Vale, Tanaris 40-50, Western Plaguelands 50-53, Eastern Plaguelands 53-58/Un'goro Crater 50-58, Hellfire Peninsula 58-63, Zangarmarsh 63-65/Terrokar Forest 63-65, Nagrand 66-67, Netherstorm 66-68, Howling Fjord 68-71, Dragonblight 71-74, Zul'Drak 74-77/Grizzly Hills 74-76, Icecrown 77-80.
These numbers may be a little off as these are the levels I went to each zone. And zones with a / are interchangeable.

What about levels 20-30? =P
After Ghostlands, I recommend Southern Barrens (Camp Taurajo) over Hillsbrad Foothills, only because the quests in the later send you back and forth between Tarren Mill and Hillsbrad Farms ONE quest at a time. Where as in Camp Taurajo and the tauren wandering the southern path, the quests there can be completed together while slaughtering quilboar or dwarves, respectively. However, now that you can mount up at level 20 that may not be such a big issue.

Hmm never had a problem with hillsbrad leveling always had more then 1 quest in between the farm and quest giver.
