If you want a good answer, ask a good question. "i dont know what to do I need you to tell me what to do" isn't going to get much response. It shows very little effort on your part - you didn't feel the need to make your point eloquent (at least an attempt at proper grammar and spelling goes a long way to both making your post easier to read, and to making us want to help you), you didn't show us any of the work you've done to try and improve your DPS beyond saying you've spent a lot of gold respeccing.
If you had asked the same question, but in a manner that took you an extra few minutes but made it a lot clearer that you're dedicated to finding an answer, you would have probably gotten a better response. You can always post a reply after this that is much better. In fact, I'll even give you an example:
Hey guys, I'm a DK that just hit 80, and I've been struggling on the damage meters. I want to do as much DPS as possible, as it will help my guild beat those pesky enrage timers, but I'm not quite sure how to improve my DPS. Here you can see my gear and spec <link to armory>. When I fight, I open up with Icy Touch and Pestilence, then I Obliterate and Blood Strike twice. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?
That post is much easier to respond to. It gives us a starting point to tell us what your spec and your gear looks like, which may easily be the problem. We can easily tell you which pieces of gear aren't helping you much, if we can help mold a talent build that suits your needs for utility but still picks up a lot of damage, and we can tell if you DW or use a 2H - which require different specs and slightly different playstyles. We can tell all of that just from linking your armory.
Then by telling us your rotation - how you approach giving damage once you're actually in combat - we can tell you if you're doing something wrong. The rotation I mentioned above isn't exactly the best (it's part of it, though), but if I were responding to someone who said that I could suggest the rest of it, and suggest an AoE rotation to use when there's more mobs.
Basically, information you may want to include to help us build off your playstyle are:
Talent Build, including particular utility talents you want (such as an aura, AMZ, MoB, etc)
Gear
Rotations - both single target and multi-mob (and how you determine when to use another)
Glyphs
Group Composition (if you're getting out-DPSed by a ret pally and BM hunter, it's probably just because they're OP...it also helps to know what buffs you may want to get or avoid)
As you can see, I put a few minutes of my time and effort into this post. That's all I ask of you. I am perfectly willing to give an answer, but only after I see something on your part that's worthy of answering. I'm not trying to make you jump through hoops, just trying to make it so that instead of doing your thinking for you, I help you come to a good answer. If I spoon-feed you information, you're never going to be able to adapt to buffs/nerfs or complete changes to the class without someone else doing all of the work for you.

Yea i understand what your trying to say..... i got the hoe savage set and my build is mostly a 2 hand weapon speec (Blood) and a little bit or frost... my rotation is.... icy touch, blood strikes, plauge strike pestelince, death strike blood boil Obliterate, heart strike... i use each move on according to wat runes i have and how much runic power i have if one of the moves that comes next on the rotation ill go to the next thing and at the end ill re-do it
This is a terrible rotation. Why are you doing Blood Strikes when you have Heart Strikes? Why are you gimping yourself even further by only doing them with one disease up? Why are you doing Pestelince on a signle target, why are you wasting runes Death Striking and Blood Boiling?
Seriously, did you even think about your rotation?

I didn't try blood, but try this:
IT>PS>HS>HS>Oblit>DC
>>>THEN>>>
IT>PS>HS>HS>HS>HS>DC
EDIT: Give us a link to your armory pls. ;)

Is it that hard to go to the armory yourself and link it? Think about it - it may take you 30 seconds to do it, or it may take every other person who is responding to you 30 seconds to do it. Which do you think wastes more time, overall?
If you do the math - when at least 2 people are trying to help you (and there's more than 2 other people in this thread already), it's more efficient for you to link it.

Help is sometimes criticism. But it's constructive, as you can see there are people trying to help you but if you keep up the attitude no one will want to help you. Catch my drift?

If you dont want criticism, you dont want help. At the beginning of one episode of House (I'm making a point, trust me) a girl is climbing a rock wall while her mother is holding the safety line and giving her instructions:
Mom: Don't slow down, you'll only get tired faster.
Girl: You're supposed to be encouraging me.
Mom: No, I'm supposed to be coaching you.
(Or something similar to that, but you get the idea). If you want to ask for help, you should expect criticism. That is what help is. When you come in here asking for help, you are admitting that you are wrong and hoping we are right. We will then correct you. If all we do is give you a pat on the back - you'll never get better.
As such, there are much better ways to ask questions than to just demand information. Taking the extra time yourself to do everything *you* can toward finding the answer makes it easier for us to help you find it.
Think about it his way: suppose someone needs help with math. They need to know how to do 3^3. If they know absolutely nothing about math, you will have to teach them addition and multiplication first, since those disciplines build upon the last. However, if they show you that they already know multiplication, you can get right to the point. Likewise, if you come in just asking the most basic of questions, we assume we have to teach you the whole DK class, and we really dont have time to do that for every random person who makes a post; especially when there are so many guides and forum posts already written on the subject. If you give us a starting point, which makes it take a lot less time for us to diagnose your problem, then you're going to get more responses.

The criticism I have given is not meant to put you down, but rather to help you formulate a better question. It does not just apply to the DK class, it applies to life in general. Show what you know, say where you need help, and dont look like you need someone to hold your hand while you do everything, and you'll get a much more positive response.
Or you can just want stuff spoonfed to you and complain when people do give you advice, in which case you'll probably end up not going very far.
