Right. Since noone has managed to pick up on this yet:
Game files don't just delete themselves. To actively uninstall WoW would require a couple of confirmations, and you'd have probably noticed that.
Alternatively, it's possible the OP has somehow managed to delete the WoW folder itself. Gievn the HUGE size of the main folder, this would have left a dialogue box on screen for some time as the files were being deleted.
What I think has actually happened is the OP has deleted the shortcut to WoW, rather than the game itself. Try this (assuming Windows, and assuming a default install):
Click on the Start button, then click on 'Computer' or 'My Computer' (depending on whether it's Windows Vista, or Windows XP).
Double Click on 'Local Disk :c', then again on 'Program Files'.
You should see a folder in there somewhere called 'World Of Warcraft'. Double Click on that. Inside should be a file with the WoW icon, labelled 'Launcher'. Double click on that, and the game launcher should now run. You can make a shortcut to this, to start up wow easily, by right clicking once on the file, and selecting 'Create shortcut'. You can then move this shortcut to whereever seems most useful to you (desktop, or where you like).
Hope that was of some use.
