Give it a shot with Spybot,it's slow but it may get it done.But I'd definitely recommend formating the C:\ Drive.

I just can't rid of 1 annoying Trojan named Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent Variant.
OP qoute.So it's hardly Scan.dll he has problems with.
Also,after just a bit googling,managed to find a sollution.
Blizzard poster answers directly on topic of that trojan you have Verthas.
