its pretty normal nowadays too level faster then you skill up your proffesions. and cause of that most people wont skill it up till they're max level.
but if you wanna skill it up during leveling you either need to go back and farm it or buy the mats of the auction house.
thx - thats what I ffigured but just needed to know for sure. appreciate the help!
