Help with Cat Macro

I've never used a macro before so I'm pretty clueless about how to write them. I'm a kitty DPSer and I'm trying to make a macro to cast Faerie Fire (feral), Savage Roar, and Tiger's Fury all at once when I first start attacking.
I start off with Rake with grants a combo point, since Savage Roar requires combo points - then hit the following macro:
/cast Faerie Fire (feral)
/cast Savage Roar
/cast Tiger's Fury
But for some reason it's not working right... it casts Faeri Fire and Tiger's Fury without a problem, but it won't cast Savage Roar - even though I have enough energy and combo points.
What am I doing wrong? Please help!

You can't simultaneously cast spells which trigger the GCD. Tiger's Fury does not, but both FFF and Savage Roar do, therefore, your macro is akin to pushing Mangle and Shred at the same time on your keyboard and questioning why only one works.

ah ok, that makes sense.
Is there something I can change so it will work, or do I just have to hit it manually?

FFF and SR share the same gcd, so you can't use them together - that's why your macro didn't work. You should really cast FFF while running into the fight anyway, there is no point waiting that long to cast it. If you insist on having it in a macro, try the following:
/cast Feral Charge - Cat()
/cast Feral Charge - Bear()
/cast Faerie Fire (Feral)
Not only does it cast FFF and FC at the same time, it will work in bear form too! It'll break prowl, but if you're prowling in PvE, most of the time you're doin' it wrong.
For your rotation, most of the time using a macro of SR and TF is a poor use for TF. It can be done, but isn't optimal - cast them separately as required.

Thanks for the replies. I'm still trying to figure out these macros and how I can use them with my style of play.
I think I will use the feral charge one though - thanks for that!
