Help with half-way build

So I plan to go combat swords...here is my sheet so far:

I was just wondering if the points I have put in to Malice and Deflection are worth it. Somehow, I feel I could use it towards Improved Eviscerate (I switch off between Eviscerate and Rupture as finishing moves, depending on teh target), and Sword Spec.

Also, I tend to pick up aggro a lot when I run instances with people...any advice besides finding a proper tank? I tend to spam Feint when I do get aggro, but I think I should spread it out more.
