Could you tell me what can I do to improve my overall dps on raids? And say if I'm ready for heroic Naxx.

Ok, thanks for quick answers. Can you tell me what is the best rotation for BM so far? What macros should I use?

There is a FAQ sticky on the top of the forums. If you go there for marcos, you can find what you need.
Shot Rotations should be..
Serpent / Arcane / Steady till you need to renew Serpent/Arcane shot CD. Also, throw Kill Command in there also for your pet. you can do without arcane, but personally, i like the extra shot in there.
I normally save BW/Rapid/Readinees for Bosses. If i have to, i will throw a BW or Rapid here and there for DPS.
