I use a combination of Cartographer, Tom-Tom, and Lightheaded. Lightheaded displays Wowhead comments about a quest in an extra side panel. Anytime anyone has left coordinates in the comment, you can click on them and Tom-Tom will show you an arrow pointing to the coordinate location. It will also be marked on the Cartographer map as a waypoint.
It's pretty snazzy.
