i think it did, but i cant say for sure since i dnt have it. so i couldnt copy it too beta too test it and be sure.

The achievement doesn't copy over on the Beta character (like all other achievements that can't be reconstructed via owned items or completed quests, but yes,
the title will be accountwide.
