If u dont hav at least 2.5k AP at lvl 80 then ur doing something really wrong. I wouldnt worry about it too much the Northrend Heroics are cake as long as u hav a half-decent tank and healer. Start off with the easy ones like Violet Hold/Azol'Nerub or Utgarde Keep

dps varies a lot for some reason from hunter to hunter depending on their pets, what spec, what macros, and weither or not you actually understand your class and how to employ it. for example, take myself when i hit lvl 80 i was 90% still in my t6 gear. with a few changes along the way. I was pulling around 3k dps in 5 man heroics. I would say that the avg BM hunter with all lvl 80 blues could easily pull 2300 ish reguardless of spec.

AN sucks alot.
VH, UK, Nexus, are probably the easiest, then Drak, and Old Kingdom, UP, not really sure on Occulus but Gundrak, HoS and HoL are the hardest.
Id put UP on the higher ups in difficulty. REALLY hate the gauntlet boss x.x
