I would say you are ready to run heriocs, but try upgrading those rings., I know there are a few JC crafted rings that would be an upgrade.

Looks pretty good, basically what I had when I started Heroic tanking. A few things bother me though..
Get a better trinket. Seriously, 20 Parry rating is nothing at 80. May I suggest the
Seal of the Pantheon
? As for rings, Gun'drak has rings that both
drop
and come from
quests
. The Oculus also has
two
rings
of comaparable quality.

You may also want to consider a different weapon for tanking. I use
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37108
for DPS and
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44053
for tanking.
You're not hit capped yet for heroics (need 7%, you have 3.63%), the harpoon helps there.
Also the STR on your current mace provides 21 Parry rating (.42% avoidance), and the 69 AGI on the harpoon provides (on top of the armor), .94 avoidance from dodge, not to mention some crit, at the cost of the AP you'd gain from your mace.
Or you could get the sword I linked above for similar DPS, but a great hit rating boost, which you need.
That's just an easy to obtain weapon, there will be better in 3.0.8.
