you have some resilience gear mixed in, so you won't need quite 535. however, mouse over defense and resilience in your character pane. you need the reduction to add up to 5.4% for heroics.

Crit immune is 540 not 535 and the reduction needs to add up to 5.6%.
He specifically said
heroics
, so 535 defence is enough. 540 is the "required" number for raid dungeons.
