You need to have focus fire up before. I got it macroed to everything (its off gcd and doesnt cost focus). You cant wait for full stack, you need to have it rolling all the time regardless of number of stacks (it will be full stack, but still). Its not a cd, its a part of your "rotation".
What do you mean Bestial wrath doesnt proc? Its on use effect. You have to pop it. You can pop it while your pet is at your side waiting for new target, or killing bloods or anything.
Your prio is wrong. If you do hunters mark with pet already attacking you lose kill commands and you are focus capped for 1 gcd (as mark doesnt cost any focus).
Use Kill command first than pop sting than mark and than you can spam arcanes, while waiting for more KC, also make sure you have cobra to refresh sting at last second. Bestial wrath needs to be up before you start arcane spam.

For BM burst on tendons you want to ignore Serpent Sting - it doesn't boost and is not enough DPET when you look at the window you have.
Ideally you want to pop BW while your pet is enroute so you have the maximum amount of uptime. While under BW ignore Focus Fire - the amount of focus it returns is insignificant compared to the 10% haste your pet has - especially when you aren't actuallyc asting anything where you benefit from the haste.
In general you only want to use focus fire when you are actually using cobra shots - you can macro it to your CoS (it should in general be at full stacks) or you can squeeze a little more dps out by manually popping it only when it isn't up - the CD on FF is 15 second, the buff lasts 20 seconds, thats 5 seconds extra of pet hasted every time you manually delay it 5 seconds.
On the damage done to the tendons - MM benefits from BL/Hero on that part - you don't really, as your burst is all instant. What you do gain from BL is increased focus regen and increased amount of pet attacks. You don't have an armory link, so I can't check, but what are your reforge priorities? BM benefits heavily (and I mean massively!) from mastery during burst phases (though crit is still superior).

First off, the guys hitting 2M in a single lift are probably very geared.
The burst from MM is due to Chimera, Rapid Fire + Readiness, Chimera, and then following the hasted rotation once and hitting Rapid Fire again. Do not wait for Rapid Fire to expire, as a delay may cause it to be unavailable in time for a subsequent plate pop. Rapid Fire is 15 sec, and the tendon is exposed for 23 sec, so a little overlap will still get you 100% uptime during the lift. Under ideal circumstances, you can do this once per plate (every other lift).
To minimize GCD capping, you would pop Rapid Fire on lifts where you are not using Bloodlust.
In addition, the normally !@#$ty Valor trinket becomes amazing---it's over 2k agility every lift.
You should use any non-haste cooldowns during the Rapid Fire lifts, as it is more haste than Bloodlust and thus provides more benefit to your DPS.
Obviously, this is a fight where MM would glyph Rapid Fire as well. I would go with glyphs for RF, Steady Shot, and probably Kill Shot for this fight. The Arcane glyph loses its value on 5/6 lifts due to the haste from RF or BL making Aimed casts preferable.

Imo, survival is alot more reliable for this fight than BM/MM. First of all, you dont rely as heavily on CDs as Marksman, and you don't have LoS issues with your pet as BM.
What I do is:
1st Lift: Hunters Mark, Serpent Sting, Black Arrow, Rapid Fire + Call of the Wild + Trinket, and rotation.
2nd Lift: Same as above, - Rapid Fire; + Potion.
3rd Lift: Same as above, - Potion; + BL (If Rapid Fire is up, I use it again because why not)
Somethings to keep in mind:
After every lift, switch to a new Ferocity Pet, for another Call of the Wild.
Before each lift, put an explosive trap down, where your Amalgamation tank is gonna drag the Amalgamation for the explosion. Do this ahead of time so you have Black Arrow for the Tendon.
Other things:
Use Deterrence on rolls where you don't use raid cooldowns, save Health Stones for last phase where healing gets intensive.
We kill each tendon in one lift these days, but you can still use my Cooldown order. For each 2nd lift on each plate, you will be using your trinket alone, since the tendon should be low health.

SV is indeed better - if they have favorable rng. The problem with SV is that there aren't any on demand burst cooldowns like BM and MM has, and you are dependant on LnL.
Using HM for 23 seconds (making it an actual 22 seconds) is a waste. Using BA on the tendon as the third attack wastes part of BA, and you get more actual damage out from doing an ExS at the beginning - especially if you bank a LnL proc (it can be done - sometimes), and your ExS should definately be off CD when the tendon shows up, you have some time between supernova cast starting and tendon appearing after all.
Using RF together with BL is also just a waste since you are gcd capping your CoS, and gaining focus at a rate where you are probably not really casting any CoS (or shouldn't be)

SV can stack the odds in its favor by trapping bloods to ensure LnL procs. Unless his strat involves kiting prior to 3rd plate, it's easy to place. (And there are so many bloods by 3rd plate that they only have to pass through the trap and eat a tick.)

Not terribly helpful. If they're struggling to get it down, they're nowhere near blowing up a plate on a single lift. The cooldown rotation is more complicated for 6 lifts.

Yes, I saw that. I still seriously doubt your advice is applicable.
If they're not downing it at all, they're certainly nowhere near downing it in three lifts.
