Hit capped?

Would just like someone to confirm for me what the hit cap is for me?

I'm level 80. I have all 3 points in Focused Aim (Increases your chance to hit by 3%) and I'm a Draenei so I have Heroic Presence (Chance to hit increased by 1%).

At this very moment my stats are showing that I have 272 HR (8.30%). Can anyone tell me if that's added Focused Aim and Heroic Presence into it as well?

If it hasn't I need more HR? If it has, I think I'm above the hit cap?

Your wayyyyy above the hit cap. With 3/3 in FA you have a hit cap of 5% which is 164. Add in Heroic Presence it lowers it to 4% which is 132. Also for some reason, if you haven't heard, the hit cap has dropped to 8%.

Also do you know that FA is currently bugged and doesn't scale to your pet? It would be best to drop the 3 points in FA and take some other talent since you'd be hit capped with out the 3 points.
