If you mean Hunger for Blood yes it is very annoying. If you let it drop off that is 90 wasted energy and a lot of time you lose to DPS. I just went combat for easy mode mindless SS spamming.

Of course it isn't hard. I don't think any aspect of this game is hard. It is annoying.

HfB also has secondary awesome factors that should be brought into the equation. First of all, no self respecting Mut rogue would pass up on CttC. It is far too good. So now you're obviously one point away from HfB. If you have trouble keeping it up, you don't have to I supposed, but having it is still beneficial. In both PvE and PvP there are a lot of bleeds being thrown around. Tasty bleeds that you don't have to suffer through.
MS War does one of their many bleeds, eat it up for the half energy cost and you're getting stronger for the fight against them, and they're losing dps chances against you. Numerous PvE bosses now toss out bleeds too, some very strong ones. DPS being alive is always higher than dps while dead.
