I was healing heroics at onset with 1300 sp, 25% crit. With a good tank, you should be fine with these stats. Don't do AN, AK, Gundrak, DTK, or UP with these stats tho. You will be fighting to keep everyone alive, and will probably wipe a few times.
IMO, Dred is the worst boss in heroic. He's completely unpredictable. You could wipe 3 times, having really bad luck with the timers, and then run it as if it were a normal boss with minimal to zero issues. I had one run where we wiped on him once. He pierced the tank, and right as my HL was about to finish casting, he AOE feared the group.... The next try, he didn't pierce the tank once, and I barely had to heal the tank(not saying I wasn't spamming him just to make sure).
