I've saved both a Holy and a Discipline weight scale for browsing the Wowhead item database. Here's the link to the Holy item weight scale. From there, browse the dropdown menu for armor or weapons and see the results ranked from highest to lowest.

If you're looking for a benchmark of stats that you should be aiming for at the T7 content level:
* Spellpower: 1500-1800
* IFSR MP5: 300
* Spirit: 850
* Int: 850
* Crit: 15%
* Haste: 6%
These weights are based on
Dwarfpriest.com
's weight scale for T7 content and tuned for the average 5 minute boss fight. These are general goals. If you are short in one area, but exceed in all others, you’re likely in fine shape to tackle the content. Skilled healers (and raids) can get by with a lot less.

From what I've gleaned, Disc is supposed to be much better single target healing whereas Holy is great for group healing, but there have been people questioning the use of the "PvP" tree in PvE content. Now, I know that Disc have been healing 5-mans very well, but I was wondering how they were holding up in raids.
It depends on your raid composition. If your raid lacks Holy Paladins then a Discipline Priest is more than welcome to be the main tank healer while Resto Shaman, Druids and CoH Priests handle the AOE healing.
Discipline priests, however, require a lot better gear (they're like the way CoH spec used to be in TBC) to be extremely effective. A good benchmark to shoot for when gearing Discipline would be 1800+ spellpower, 20% crit, 8% haste and 20k+ mana pool. With those stats you should be golden, however even with less than that and a bit of skill you should be just fine.

For like 10-man Naxx? Jeez. I've never raided before and someone invited me to one on Friday but I told them I didn't think I was geared enough. Now I *know* I'm right.
Like I said in my disclaimer these are general goals and you're likely to exceed in some more than others which is fine. With skill you can get by with a lot less, especially if you're running with other skilled players. With gear from heroics these benchmarks are easily attainable, assuming you're enchanted, gemmed and raid buffed.

Oh, lol I thought that was unbuffed and I still have a couple gems and enchants to get. Phew!
Heh yeah I've loaded up on epics over the last couple of weeks. Raid buffed I have over 2100 spellpower and 1100 int and spirit. When I saw that for the first time my jaw hit the floor!
