How do i move my buff bar?

i use xperl, quartz, bar4, and thats mainly it.

for some reason..my targets buffs show up in the middle of my screen and i cant figure out how to move it..im not sure if its one of my addons, or part of blizzards UI...i dont have a picture so ill try to explain how it looks.

example: blessing of kings.... the icon is on the left, with a blue bar out to the right with a timer on it. the buffs stack vertically.

If you don't have any other addon configurations that you care about on that character, you can go to the wow folder and manually delete the settings.
Doing that, however, resets your UI back to blizzard's UI.
Just follow this path C/D(Depends on what drive you installed WoW on):\Programs(Or Program Files)\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\(Account Name)\(Realm Name)
Delete the folder that has the same name as your character.
