How does one use the elven wand?

I got the elven wand but I do not know how to use it. Can anyone help me with that - you can als oreply to MystiqueULH@aol.com.

That much I do know but what do I equip the wand with I do have arrows and other sharp shooting items that I cant use with it - also I cant sell those things back - where do I go to equip the wand? Thanks

You don't equip the wand with anything, you just equip the wand. There's no ammunition needed, that's just for bows and guns. Wands shoot, that's true, but they shoot magic, to put it simply. Just equip the wand, and drag the "shoot" spell from your spellbook to your action bar.
