iam pretty new to healing, i respec in lvl 80, for like 14 days ago.
My skill is something like this (can't log in right now, server is down ;)
Spell power = 1101
Hit Rating = 50
Crit = 6,7 something
Mp5 = 369
I have allmost only blue gear. and no enchant on any of them, yet
So my question is, how much crit and hit rating, do i need. Before i can start some Heroic instance.
EDIT: My talens is 20/51/0

Hit isnt needed
And Crit depends on your spec.
Holy = Stack in moderately
Disc = Stack it like your life depends on it.

i posted up a spreadsheet somewhere about the mana Rapture returns as well as how much DA returns too.
DA is amazing simply because it can crit while your target is full health, but the 30% of that over heal still counts as a DA proc. so a 10k Overheal (which probably wont happen) as a crit will still give a 3k DA.

Keep in mind that the more spellpower you have, the higher amount of damage your Power Word: Shield will be able to absorb. For T7 content, having around 1800 spellpower is ideal for Discipline, and 2000+ is easily obtainable for Holy.
