You still don't have Lichborn, Blade Barrier, or Anticipation. It's a great DPS build, but a tank you are not.

No. I don't think this spec is viable at all. Where are the mitigation/avoidance talents?
For any Dk build, start with
5/5/5
.
Since you're planning on DW'ing, take Nerves of Cold steel.
I prefer a 30% boost to Frost dmg than a 30% to only Icy Touch, so I take Black Ice and Lichbourne.
Then I just add more frost talents, pick up Frigid Dreadplate and Unbreakable Armor. I came up with

. Probably not the best and could use some tweaking, but hey, I don't DW tank.
