Very close.
Lose reflective shield (it only applies to shields you put on yourself). Max out Holy Specialization - disc is a build based around crits (see Divine Aegis, Inspiration). Lose Healing Focus. Put any extra points into Enlightenment or Absolution, your choice. (There's more to dispel in LK than you might think!)
Then just play, and see how it works. Many people don't take the 2 points in Improved Divine Spirit because that doesn't stack when you have shammy totems. It's all good...you have most of the essentials; with a few shifts, you'll be in range of an optimal spec for your playstyle & raiding situation.
Just remember that there is some flex in the disc spec; there is not a single absolute cookie-cutter from which deviation is...deviant. There certainly is a solid core of essential talents, but there's also some wiggle room to fit your needs and style.

Imp Divine Spirit Is sometimes skipped because it does not stack with Shaman's Flametongue Totem
but does it stack with totem of wrath? since my brother is an ele shammy

Definitely ditch ur points in Reflective Shield and Healing focus, for all intensive healing purposes in raids and dungeons, worthless. Those talents are much more suited for either solo questing or pvp. Max Holy Specialization ASAP! The nummy crit if you're discipline is just too good to pass up, and just a general must have anyway. Improved Healing down the Holy tree is another very nice thing to have, and also...get enlightenment. The extra stam in raids is crucial, along w/ the fact that it seems priest sp is somewhat based off spirit. Renewed Hope is a nice talent...but not really necessary, considering how many times in raids do you cast that spell on people. So if you can't afford the points for it, don't waste them.
