How is UH (PvP) even viable?

I see a lot of pvp unholy DKs, so i decided to try it.
I failed. Miserably.
Im blood for pvp at the moment and do fine (holy pally 2s partner), except my burst is somewhat bad. Ive heard unholy is insane for burst and overall dps.
Was there something i was missing? I used the typical unholy pvp spec, blood presence, popped gargoyle when my AP was maxed out, had HoW on, im at 110 SpP, 5% hit.....etc.
A detailed link, guide or some help would be greatly appreciated.

I see just one problem.. you are using blood presence, that is better for longer fights, but yor burst you want unholy presence, since it reduces the time you need to put youre whole rotation though by 33%... and here is where the burst comes from
