How many bosses in Guardians of Mogu'shan?

, there are six. The Guardian's of Mogu'Shan, when qued for LFR, will have the first three of the entire raid.

"Guardians of Mogu'shan" is a Raidfinder "segment" of the raid Mogu'Shan Vaults (or MSV). There are 3 bosses per "LFR segment" of MSV - chances are you entered after the first boss was cleared, killed the 2nd and 3rd, and then people left. Guardians of Mogu'shan is the first of the two segments, so there are other bosses (3 more), but it's a seperate queue for the content.
"Everyone" would not leave LFR with bosses still up, maybe a handful that don't care about the last boss or have already killed it, but certainly the majority of the raid would wait out the end to get their 90 Valor.

Plus you dont get the achievement unless you have killed all 3 bosses . So as the above poster said you joined a group with 1 boss already down and killed the last two meaning that you still need the first boss for the achievement

odds are you killed the 2nd and 3rd boss.
1st boss = 3 quillen (stone dogs)
2nd boss = mogu spirit
3rd boss = troll
if you killed the troll, the gaurdians of MSV was over in LFR.
