Hellos,
Well i kinda worried if im failing at something but not sure.
So i wanted to know your opinion on my DPS.
Currently i am doing around 3.5-4k DPS on a target dummy and 3-3.5k on bosses like onyxia.
Os that ok with my gear and specc or should i do way better?

you've got a mix of ilvl200-232 gear so i'd say the 3.5-4k is about what you should expect.
the worrying thing here is that you get less in a raid than on a test dummy. yes test dummies allow you to stand still and cast without interruption but the buffs that come with a raid should more than make up for it. you raid DPS should be higher by a decent margin so i'd suggest you work on your situational awareness and boss tactics.
on a aide note, since you linked your armoury, your gemming is generally poor (not awful but not optimised) and your enchants are mostly the
second
best available - presumably you're aware of the enchants and will upgrade as cash allows. you're missing a shoulder enchant, though, and should grind that hodir rep quickly, it only takes a day to get to honoured. i would suggest that you check the stickies for gemming advice and swap to a 3/13/55 spec so that you can drop all those hit gems.

Thx for the reply.
As u mentioned, i know that my enchants are only second best ;)
But that is due to gold problems atm, but will get exchanged ASAP.
As for my poor gemming, is it because of the hit gems i stacked that my gemming is poor?
Since spellpower is one of the best stats to get as far as i know, and epic gems are out of the question atm due to again gold problems. (Farming farming^^)
My red gems are the
Runed Scarlet Ruby
, therefor i see no problems in them since they are the non epic version of the
Runed C. Ruby
. This does not mean that i dont plan on exchanging them for the last mentioned.
So only gem problem would be the +hit stacking if i understand correctly. But even with u'r mentioned specc, i wouldnt even be near the hit cap (guessing).
And as the sticky states hit>Spellpwer>etc.
As for my DPS, with buffs and stuff i should be able to pull at least the same dps off. But seems like me movement or rotation gets screwed up big time while moving. But this should be fixed with practice since im new to raiding and longer boss fights^^

the main culprits in the gemming are the meta and the hit/spirit gems.
your meta should be a chaotic skyflare diamond.
in the case of the head the crit socket bonus is not worth gemming for and in the pants you'd want hit/sp and a sp/spirit to get the bonus rather than the ones you chose.
as for the hit, if you definitely won't be in a raid with a boomkin or Spriest then you do need to cap at 17%, 3/13/55 brings that down to 14%. if you have a regular boomkin or Spriest then you only need 11%.
gemming so far into hit and speccing 0/13/58 is a clear pointer that you should just spec 3/13/55 since there's little or no actual drawback to doing that and it free up so many stat points.
i would suggest running VH heroic until you get the hit trinket off the last boss. it's only blue but it's very good for it's item level and can be swapped in for raids where you're missing the hit buff from other members.
sounds like you just need practice, yes. get yourself a good dot timer (i use buttontimers) and track life tap, curse and immo uptime and conflag and CB cooldowns. when you're forced to move use the time constructively by life tapping and using instants like corruption, curse or conflag. also, when you aren't actually forced to move but know you will need to soon you can use instant cast to reposition to make things easier later. this is all about practice and getting to know the fights and will come with time.
