How much of covenants is account-wide?

So, i've been wondering how many of the Cosmetic Rewards from an covenant will be account-wide?
Like, battle pets for example will probably be available on every character if i had to take a guess, but can you also use mounts/toys or transmog sets account-wide? Has anyone tested this before?

I'm personally hoping none of it is account wide. Too much is account wide these days and the game suffers because of it, in my opinion.

Umm no! everything should be account wide, you put in the work then it shold be usable by any of your characters, or then maybe Blizzard should allow one character per account, how about that? pfft... game suffers my patotie!(##RESPBREAK##)272##DELIM##Uchur##DELIM##Create a new thread please.
