How to do Bloodsail Buccaneers for rep now?

Hi,
I thought that I'd be able to kill the level 35 guards inside Booty Bay since I finished this quest chain:
Bloodsail's End
The guards were there yesterday, now when I logged back on they are gone. How do I farm rep for Bloodsail Buccaneers now?

Actually, this might be because of Pirate's Day?

I don't see them around either. I have a feeling it would be agony to try to kill them if the level 90 guards start popping up though.
