Are you just spamming Holy Light? I'm assuming you have the basics covered - you're spec'ed properly and you have a normal mana base for your level. At lvl 50 spamming holy light will probably wreck your mana unless you have the crit to back it up for mana regeneration, which is less likely at your level.

Are you talking about instances or solo?
If you means killing things; you're holy. Your damage is crap, which means it takes ages to kill things and quite some mana spent doing it, as well as having to heal up the damage you take during the long fights. Hell, using Seal of Wisdom probably decreases your grinding efficiency because your (already low) damages comes solely from, mm, useless white hits and Judgement? Hope you aren't using Consecration against single targets.
If grinding things is something you prioritise at all, consider respeccing.
