It might be possible to get summoned there by a Warlock friend, but regardless of that, there's no reason for a Level 27 to go to Pandaria.
There's nothing for you there that you cannot get somewhere else, and if it's just to see how it looks, then just hang in there a bit longer till you reach 85, and you'll be able to see it WHILE you get to quest and experience the content at the same time!
