How to play a Pvp Ret pally! Pls help me!

Hi, i use to play a holy Pally before WOTLK. Now i have switch to a Ret pally. But strange enough i just cant get any control over my Ret Pally. I believe i am correctly spec or anyone has a spec guide i can look at. Thank You! But i really don know how to fight with my skill. All i can do is Stun, judge SoC with JoL, then crusaer Strike, and Divine Stromt! No matter what class i duel i cant get them now. Mage, Hunter, Warr, Rouge, Lock even Durid gets me(those skill ones). Can anyone help me, teach me a few tricks! Don wish to suck with my Ret Pally forever! Thank You!
