Fear ward.
On a more serious note you can use divine shield and cancel it right away, but that will give you Forbearance wich will prevent you from using Divine protection, the other problem is that She will fear more then once every 2 minutes so you do need a external source to remove or prevent those fears, tremor totem and fear ward should do the trick.

What's not serious about Fear Ward?
If you intend on using bubble to break fears you better be fast to taunt since whatever attacking you will switch target when you bubble and for another few seconds unless you taunt (call it lag or whatever just works that way, and dont say it clears threat, i'll slap you).
If you're a Blood Elf Pally, you can use
Arcane Torrent
to interrupt some casts!
But some mobs are immune to silence, and Arcane torrent does not interupt only silence.
Arcane Torrent works as an interrupt as well.
Was changed a couple of patches ago to provide it some PvE viability part from the mana/energy gain.

When I said serious I meant that fear ward is not a pally ability, so you dont do it, you ask for it ( and yes I have had to ask for it and yes that is one of the reasons i hate pugs and have only done 25 man raids a couple of times since 3.2 came out).

No need to slap me around, I am not as informed as you but I know that any bubble of ours will not clear threat, only put you on bottom of the aggro list for the duration of the said spell unless you taunt ( if i am wrong correct me ).
