You want to pvp with pve gears... of course you gonna fail. Get resilience gears.

Yeah, get PvP gear for PvP, or PvE gear for PvE. The other in the opposite won't do well.
For PvP, you want a balanced frost or unholy spec, as those offer much more burst and mobility/control than blood. Pick up the snares (except maybe chillblains, it gets eaten up by CoI anyway if you use that, which I'd recommend, but some prefer to IT with Chillblains), pick up the biggest damage and mitigation talents as well as the mobility (e.g. unholy aura unless you use UP, on a pale horse, toughness). Basically, you want to avoid the weaker talents because those optimise you for one role in PvE, whereas you need a balance of both (since you're both tank and DPS) in PvP.
