I play on a starter account, and i was wondering how this gear set-up is for a starter edition hunter. I've been told im horribly geared and wanted to get some other oppinions. The only thing i dont have, are the enchantments. Dropping Jewelcrafting today so i can start getting the enchants.

Level 20 gear means absolutely nothing. Sorry if that's harsh. You'll out level that gear in an hour or two unless you plan to stay at 20 and never go higher. If you do that then you're missing out on a lot of fun at later levels. And I wouldn't have dropped JC, it gives great bonuses. My mage has both max level JC and enchanting and I get the best of both worlds.
as long he stays on a starter account he doesnt have any choice then being stuck on lvl 20 since thats the max.
OT: as far gear goes it looks pretty decent. although you should prehaps look into some low lvl 1handed agility enchant on those weapons since +1 damage does nothing for a hunter since your susposed to be out of melee range.
i made a quick
search about stuff that would be usefull for you when you try pvping on this level
most of the things linked in there are already in your wish-list set (note a few items in it arent aviable, but almost all are obtainable)
i would say get either
Ello's Band or
Ring of Precision over
Inlaid Malachite Ring .
also preferable you want some higher level enchantments (you can use everything up to stuff that requires you to be lvl 35). although since you're on a starter edition this will be quite difficult unless your in a friendly guild who's willing too help you out. if you have the chance try picking up 2x
Enchant Weapon - Agility its really strong at that level (3x as powerfull as the agi you find on 1handed's on lvl20)
also keep in mind that if you take enchanting yourself,
these are the only things can do with a starter account (since its locked at 100 prof)
