Why subtlety? You aren't PvEing, and anti-resilience is the way to go in PvP... which subtlety doesn't have.
I'm wont to change it, but I know it's somewhat useful. Probably move the 2 points to Flamethrowing, or move those 2 points + the 3 in imp Fire Blast to Ignite.
