lol vigor for PvE.
lol CttC and TtT for PvP.
no hit = less dps in pve (not necessary for pvp).
improved snd + CttC = fail.
no improved poisons = i doubt u will use envenom.
serrated blades, nice +dmg of rupture, non worth the armor ignore.
if u like mutilate for pve go with this

Main problem is that there really isn't a "one size fits all" spec. Combat or Mutilate probably comes the closest, but even those can be tailored specifically for PVP or PVE.
